Was reading this more comforting or more exciting?

I think this is very creepy. Which is exactly what I think the author was trying to convey. Tried to find a way to vote it high on my list. Is it not “vota-ble” now? Great little story.

Stories get voted out of the running for two reasons:

One, it has been voted into Literal Translations for publication, Litmocracy’s quarterly magazine, which means that it’s off your ticket and the results page.
Two, enough voters have voted other pieces higher than this one, which means it has been eliminated from possible publication, and your ticket.

Authors whose pieces are either accepted into Literal Translations or eliminated from the running get an email informing them accordingly in either case. Every story, as long as it has been published under free for all, is still available for reading on the site.

I’m not sure what happened to this particular piece, but the forum and comment form are always a good place for you to share your feelings and opinions with the author even if the piece is no longer in your ticket.

Hope this helps, if not, please do not hesitate to reply here or send me a PM and I’ll be happy to elaborate further.

Thanks for reading and voting!
