So as Julianyway is now the Complaints Department self-appointed Team Leader, I hereby proclaim myself the random - and sometimes obscure - thought of the day department Head.

Read it, take it, comment on it, write about it…do with it as you please. I just need it out of my head.

Why do naturally soft cookies go hard when not stored properly, and hard cookies go soft?
