There aren’t any. Whether or not your submission gets into the magazine depends on how it is judged by whatever members care to judge it. I judge everything, but my decisions are combined with all those of other members.
The site is also open to the public, so if you post something that makes me feel like you’re risking its reputation, I will edit it. One of Mark Okon’s submissions (http://www.litmocracy.com/weblog/an_american_manifesto/) was the only example of this ever happening, if you want to check it out. He apparently removed most of the article after I made my careful edits. If you ask him about it, he will give you his impressions of how I handle that kind of thing.
If a comment is mostly useless and has a signature that leads to another unrelated site, I will delete it with impunity.
