Angelicus
Category: Poetry/LyricsA whisper in your ear,
when deathly quiet surrounds.
The caress against your skin,
when utter still abounds.
Gentle ripples of your soul,
when common sense confounds.
A beat your heart shall miss,
but once again be found.
The light that shines so bright,
when all is dark, astounds.
You frozen to the core,
then soft of blanket bounds.
Whe’er from heaven above,
or simply on the ground.
E’er any, or all of these you feel,
Your Angel, you have found.
