The broken man
His soul is hidden
His body and mind
Nobody can reach
I dig and dig
But no soul,
No heart
to be found
Behind the broken man.
He has locked them
with a fat iron lock
Behind a gate
so tall nobody can climb it
So deep nobody can dig under it
Inside a big mansion
with no doors and no windows
His heart,
His soul
Buried so deep within
not even he can find them.
He cries out
Nobody can hear
He fights to breath
To live
To feel
Broken inside
The Broken Man.

loved this - there is a band from over here in England called The Beautiful South - this reminded me so much of their lyrics - excellent - really enjoyed this
