Good day… night… whatever to all.
Hope your week has been as good as mine! We tallied the results of the mini-book contest. The winner is Chicks with A Good Day to Die. A Good Day to Die is a taut little thriller. Let me let the author introduce you to the story:
“Sylvia Moody is an ordinary wife and mother living a less than ordinary life until the day she finds a series of mysterious journals buried in the belongings of her deceased Aunt Geneva. At first the diaries intrigue her simply because of the author’s beautiful use of language. But as she reads, Sylvia discovers magic within the pages.”
Go Chicks, and enjoy your winnings.
So there you have it. $25 to Chicks. Or a few cups of coffee at Starbucks. Of course, the big prize is the publishing contest itself. That’s why most of you new people have signed up. Can’t wait to see your books and stories and poems and things. I must say, I see a hundred writers who have shown up to compete, to speak, to sing. I have yet to see but a few voices open up though. Where are all these talented writers that joined to speak? Come on out.
We’re working on making the site easier. Told you about the radio, have some news there next month. My first feature film, Web of Destruction, (thanks Dave) will begin filming after Cannes. I jumped in, started here, took advantage of the freedom this site offers. So has Chicks, and many others. We’re ready to take Litmocracy to the next level. Think of this. Vidocracy. Artocracy. Monetocracy. We can have an open forum to freely discuss and improve life on many, many levels.
But only if people speak up.
This means you.
Speak up.
Vote.
Interact.
Free your mind and your life will follow.
Congrats Chicks!
