What was most memorable?
Could the author provide more “handrails” (is it difficult to follow)?

This is great.  Everybody has been there with stupid officious authority figures; at least, I have, and I’m a white gurl from the city/country/all over the place.  Idiot authority figures grow on trees, it seems.

The only thing I’m worried about is the “white boy from the country” part.  (Imagine being a black “boy” from the “country” back in the 50s and 60s and see how well the yahoos might have treated you THEN.)

I guess the moral of your story is about how stupid it is to stereotype people by the types of music they may be carrying, but the “white boy from the country” part makes it sound like the moral of the story is that the idiot cops stereotyped you WRONGLY, and should have known you’d be harmless by your white boy appearance.

Surely that can’t be right either?

Anyways this is an interesting piece and worth developing just because of the above.  Cheers!
