Ahoy Crewmembers,
It’s Augustish already. Wow. Time flies when your having fun. Maybe that’s why it feels like April? Nah… It’s a good day to be a Litmockian. I’m happy to announce the first of our projects has been sold. I am editing and ghosting a book for race car driver Barbara Terry that is tentatively titled Athletes Ride. It is being published by Comfort Publishing (they publish books, a few business magazines and a newspaper), pre-sales begin next week. the book will be sold globally and is getting a full marketing push. The book includes interviews with 40 professional athletes about their car collections, history of vehicles, love of autos etc., along with gorgeous color picture spreads of their current car collections. Athletes interviewed in the book include Sugar Ray Leonard, Bruce Jenner, Marvin Harrison, Michael Strahan, Mike Piazza and on and on and on, and many have agreed to promote the book, do book signings and so forth. We are so very excited! We’ll have pre-sale info in the next few weeks but it will be in print and released in time for Christmas.
