Points 1..4 are just true statements that don’t matter. The vast majority of users will skip over the EULA without reading it, and that’s OK because it isn’t aimed at them.

There’s one class of people that will find this article uproariously, rib-bustingly funny. Between whoops of laughter, while they’re coming up for air, they’ll click “This was better”, every time. You might expect this article, then, to reach the peak of Litmocracy humor/satire, sweeping away all before it, and so it might. But ... are there many software pirates here?
