Fear of failure is conquered by failing.

...of the unknown… I don’t know   But it doesn’t scare me.

but failing may also lead to an even greater fear…. especially since now you may know what you in for if you do fail…
One failure,of exams for examples may be conquerd buut ever notice how after you successfuly get through one it creeps up on you in a different form..???its like..‘You think that was bad…how about this..!!!!’ hahaha ..catch my drift??
