I view the wars in Africa as nearly the same thing, but there is no Iftikhar who will run away, and rather than spending their own money in Africa, the philanthropists there spend the money taken from the citizens of the countries they lead.
I think it’s a microcosm of much bigger problem.

On a rather philosophical level, you may attribute it to the reckles struggle between the will to survive and the craving for power. But in layman’s language, lower classes are always more at risk in the third world.
