Good idea.  At the top of each category page, there’s a link to a page on ranking statistics.  It now shows how many users put each post in 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place.

I’ll add another table that shows how many users ranked 1st place above 2nd, 2nd above 3rd, and so on.

The thought just crossed my mind that if I implemement your suggestion, it might not fare well in the contest.  On the other hand, folks might rank up suggestions that are quickly implemented just to encourage improvements.  It will be interesting to see how that works out over time.
