Two Clunky Bodies
Category:I was traveling down an old country road one night as the sun was setting, its orange and pink hues making the thin purple cirrus clouds resemble a bruise across the sky. As I walked, I began to hear their noises. At first it was a cough, then a sputter, followed by a loud grumbling. Curious, I explored further, having to know what this commotion was all about. I got closer, not wanting to distrub the scene, and I could see the heat coming off their body’s, as they lie there intertwined, groaning aloud under the oak tree. I could see from my vantage point someone had had an accident. I left those two old clunky bodies under that tree, moaning., and went to call a tow truck.
